Although not meant to be a waist-whittler, seems like it could be a tasty lunch alternative and the mango will be like a spoonful of sugar to help the medicine go down. If that doesn’t satisfy your hunger, go ahead and follow it up with a Char-grilled Lemongrass Chicken Po-Boy and a Saigon Crepe for good measure.
