The buzz this Mardi Gras season: the launch of King Cake Vodka. But aside from shooters and jello shots, what to do with this dessert flavored liqueur? We found a recipe that should put a little pep in your parade step…

LAISSEZ LES BON TEMPS ROULER

1.5 oz Lucky Player King Cake Vodka
12 crushed coffee beans
0.5 oz fresh lime juice
1.5 -2 oz pineapple juice

Crush but don“t pulverize the coffee beans in a shaker. Add the lime juice and muddle a bit, then add the rest of ingredients and shake hard with ice. Double strain into a tall cup filled with crushed ice. For added flair, rim it with green King Cake sugar before you pour. Enjoy!
