Spicy Cajun Martini

Ingredients

1 (750 millileter) bottle gin or vodka
1/2 cup of dry white vermouth
1 fresh jalapeño chile, cut into halves and seeded
Ice
Pickled jalapeño chiles
Olives
Onions

Prep

Pour 1/2 to 3/4 cup of liquor out of the bottle and reserve for another use. Add the vermouth and fresh jalapeño chile to the liquor remaining in the bottle. Let stand for 8 – 10 hours. Strain the liquor remining in the bottle. Prepare your fresh martini recipe with the jalapeño-infused liquor. Garnish each glass with a rinsed pickled jalapeño chile, olive and onion on a wooden pick.

Makes roughly 25 servings.
