Cocktail Munch

Ingredients

3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter
5 tsp Worcestershire sauce
4 tsp Tabasco sauce
1 tsp garlic salt
1 (16 oz) bag pretzel sticks or twists
2 (12 oz) packages rice Chex cereal
1 (10 oz) can mixed nuts
16 ounces pecans

Prep Directions

Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce and garlic salt and mix well. Combine the pretzels, cereal, mixed nuts and pecans in a shallow roasting pan. (You may need more than one.) Pour the butter mixture over the cereal mixture; toss to combine. Bake at 250 degrees for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool completely. Store in an airtight container.

Makes about 2 quarts.
