We're head over chef's hat for the launch of the Elizabeth Street Cafe cookbook.

Ever since you set foot through the pretty pink door, you've been stone cold obsessed with Elizabeth Street Cafe.

Bring a little bit of the joy the South 1st restaurant bestows into your abode with the launch of their long-awaited eponymous cookbook. A page by page celebration of the delicious French-inspired Vietnamese plates the spot is beloved for, flip through to find 100 recipes from chefs Tom Moorman and Larry McGuire. From spicy tofu and avocado steamed buns and breakfast fried rice and eggs to palm sugar ice cream and toasted coconut cream puffs, your kitchen goals are about to skyrocket. The imagery is as delicious to look at as the prep directions are simple to follow.

And you can use a set of chopsticks for a bookmark. 

To celebrate the launch of the book, Elizabeth St. Cafe is hosting a Cookbook Launching Brunch Party on Saturday, October 28, beginning at 11 a.m. A $35 ticket scores you a four-course family-style brunch made with recipes from the cookbook, paired with glasses of the new June's Rosé Brut, and the opportunity to buy a book to get signed. Some time slots are already sold out - act quickly.
